Here's a quick tutorial to use both the features!

Email Collection and Gating📧

We'll learn how to ensure you collect the emails of people visiting your showcase and also how you can restrict access with a password, by a user's email or even a particular domain.

Collect Emails & Restrict Access📧

Go to the Share tab and click on Share via Link to start.

Collect Emails > Step1

Make sure that the Toggle is on. This will prompt users to enter their email before accessing your showcase. Make sure to click Submit!

Step 2 > Click on Public

Here's how it looks to viewers👀. They have to enter their email to access the showcase.

We send viewers a One-Time Password to the email they entered. Once they enter the right otp, they'll be able to access the showcase.

Let's learn how to restrict showcase access using passwords, specific emails, and domains. 🔐

Restrict Your Confidential/Sensitive Showcases 🔒

Select People with Password, enter a strong passcode and share the link and password through email, Slack or any other channel. Only those with the password can access the showcase. 🤫

Step 1 > Share Modal > Private

This is how the viewer will experience the showcase 👀

Add domain(s) and hit Submit. Only people with emails from these domains can access the showcase. Note: Use commas to separate multiple domains.

Restrict Access to a particular Domain 🌐

User enters their email and verifies with OTP sent to their email✅. Rest assured that the showcase is not getting into the wrong hands, EVER!

Here's what viewers see 🌐

Enter emails separated by commas. Only people with these emails can access this showcase. 🔐

Email-Specific Access 📧

User enters their email and verifies with OTP sent to their email✅.

If viewers without access try to access your showcase, they'll see an error message. They can request access if they want. 📩

Request Access 🚫

The showcase creator will receive an email to approve or deny the access request.

Access Request Notification 📧

Go to Insights 📊 &gt; Leads. You'll find all the emails collected under leads for each showcase. You can download all or only leads specific to a showcase!
