<p>Let me give you a quick tour of inviting collaborators and showcase commenting.</p>

Collaboration and Commenting

<p>We'll learn how you can allow people to collaborate on showcases and control showcase visibility using roles. Guests can comment on invited showcases, making seeking feedback from clients or team members easy without exposing all showcases in the organization.</p>

Commenting and Collaboration 🗨️

Step 1 > Invite Collaborators

Enable Comments

<p>An email will be sent to collaborators with a joining link.<br>You can see the list of all collaborators below. <br><em>Note: You can anytime change their roles or remove them.</em></p>

Invite Collaborators by adding emails 📧 and selecting their roles.

<h4><strong>📝 Guest: </strong>Can only add comments on their comments and threads.</h4><h4><strong>👤 Viewer:</strong> Can add comments on all comments and threads.</h4><h4>👥<strong> Editor:</strong> Can add comments on all comments and threads, manage comments, and invite guests.</h4><h4><strong><em>Note:</em></strong></h4><ul><li><p>Admins can invite guests, viewers, editors, and other admins. Editors can only invite guests.</p></li></ul>

Roles and Their Capabilities 👥

<p>This will let you view and manage comments here when a collaborator adds a comment.</p>

Enable Show Comments💬

<p>Here’s how invited collaborators will see and access the showcases.</p>

Step 2> Collaborator View 👀

<h4>The person you've invited will receive an email. <br>On clicking <strong>"Join Now", </strong>they can view the showcase. </h4>

<p>Hover over the comment icon and drop it where you want to leave a comment.</p>

Add Your Comments 💬

<p>You will be notified 🔔 when someone engages with your comment.</p>

Type your comment here.

<p>Edit and delete comments by clicking on <strong>⋮</strong> icon. <br>Click on ✅ to mark a comment as resolved or unresolved.</p>

Builder View and Managing Comments 🧰

<p><em>Note: Make sure you have enabled the comment button in the right bar to view comments.</em></p>

You can spot where comments 💬 have been left by viewing the comment count on highlights thumbnails.
