Set themes, personas, and footers globally for all your showcases!

Global Settings 🌐

Global Settings lets you set themes 🎨, personas, and footers once for your entire organization, so they automatically apply to all showcases. No need to configure them individually! Whenever you create a new showcase, the default global settings will automatically be applied.

What Are Global Settings?

Set your brand colors once, and all new showcases will automatically use them. No need to customize each one!

Step 1 > Global Themes 🎨

Click on Themes under the Customize tab, and the Global Themes section will open for easy setup!

Click Add Theme to start creating a new theme for your showcases!

Your themes will appear here. Click ⭐to set a default theme, or use the✏️to edit one!

Set up a persona and CTA once, and it’ll show up in all new showcases. No need to set it up every time!

Step 2> Global Personas

Click Add Persona to set up a new one for your showcases!

Click Add Footer to start creating a new footer for your showcases!

Add scrolling text lines and a CTA, then hit Save to create your footer!

Set Default or Edit Footer

You can set a unique theme and footer for specific showcases. These customizations are only for those showcases and won’t override or appear in global settings.

Step 4> Customize Individual Showcases 🎨

Go to Showcase Settings ⚙️

Choose a theme from Global Themes under Select Existing, or create a unique showcase-level theme under Custom.

Go to Custom and add your brand colors. Hit Save to apply the theme to your showcase. Click Reset to Default to undo changes, or Apply to All Highlights to apply the colors to every highlight.

Go to Custom and add footer text lines and a CTA. Hit Save to create and apply the footer to this specific showcase.
